òòò½´«Ã½ NASA EPSCoR RID Seed Grants

Full-time faculty and post-docs are encouraged to apply for NASA Research Infrastructure Development Seed Grants. The goal is to provide early and mid-career faculty with funds to realign their research focus and develop collaboration with NASA centers. By the end of the one-year grant, faculty will have built up research infrastructure and technology capabilities and are prepared to pursue one of NASA’s (https://nspires.nasaprs.com/external/).

  • Maximum funding of $52,700.
  • One-year period of performance. No-cost extensions will not be provided.
  • Cost-sharing (matching) is not required.

The following are the three research priority areas as identified as intersection with NASA’s strategic goals and the state of òòò½´«Ã½â€™s research priorities.

  1. Earth system science
  2. Technologies for space and extreme environments
  3. Aeronautics research

Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Nov. 15.
