The UAF òòò½´«Ã½ Native Language Center Bookstore, a cultural hub dedicated to preserving and promoting indigenous languages, celebrates its reopening today, Monday, Nov. 13, 2023.

The òòò½´«Ã½ Native Language Center at the University of òòò½´«Ã½ Fairbanks has the resources and programs to help you build a solid foundation in òòò½´«Ã½ Native languages, linguistics and cultural history. Opportunities include undergraduate and associate degrees, as well as professional certificates, in languages such as Yup’ik Language and Iñupiaq Language. We offer the only bachelor’s degree granting programs in òòò½´«Ã½ Native languages in the world. At the òòò½´«Ã½ Native Language Center, we welcome everyone to share in the joys of learning a new language and exploring rich cultures.
